At AK Products USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our support team to request an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
